Adobe CS3 Details Emerge?

As if designers weren’t poor enough, scattered details are emerging about Adobe’s newest quest to rape you Creative Suite upgrade. Pricing details are admittedly unconfirmed, but the next CS installment has more options than a Starbucks and is relatively just as expensive. The manner in which Adobe and Macromedia were going to combine their respective applications was always going to prove challenging, so perhaps the result is simply a byproduct of that. Like you though, we’ll spend the next few weeks deliberating which package to get. Will it be the bloated, bug filled feature restricted version… or the drastically overpriced “I only need that one extra application, but have to buy all the others to get it,” edition? Hmmm… And do we even bring up the icons?

The American pricing is usually much cheaper than the Euro - but you’re right. It’s not cheap at all.
